Read the message you are answering

Check who asked, what they need, and whether someone already replied. Put the cursor in the email body.

Dictate the answer, then the context

Hold Ctrl + Win and talk. Lead with the answer. Add the detail the recipient needs to act. Release to insert the draft.

Make one deliberate editing pass

Check names, dates, attachments, and commitments. Select a passage and use Command Mode if it needs a shorter or friendlier version.

Can I dictate into Gmail in a browser?

Yes. Put the cursor in the Gmail message body on Windows and use your Vokalu shortcut. The same approach works in Outlook and other text fields. No separate Gmail extension is needed.
